Privacy notice
This notice covers this website. It answers three questions: what we collect here, who handles it, and how long we keep it.
What this site collects
Only the business contact details you type into the inquiry form — your name, organisation, email, an optional phone number, what you are asking for, an optional timeline, and anything you write in the notes field. We also record which page referred you and any campaign parameters in the link you arrived through, so we know which channels bring real inquiries.
This site does not collect recipient data.No recipient names, addresses, dietary information, or personalisation text is gathered here. Rosters are exchanged privately once a program is confirmed.
Who processes it
This site is hosted by Netlify, which also receives and stores inquiry form submissions and forwards them to us by email. Netlify processes that data on our behalf as our hosting and form provider. We do not sell contact details, and we do not add buyers to a marketing list.
As payment, email delivery, and shipping integrations come online for confirmed programs, each processor is named here before it handles anything.
How long we keep it
Recipient data is retained only as long as fulfilment, support, accounting, and legal obligations require it, and is deleted on that schedule rather than kept indefinitely.Recipient data is never used for marketing, and we do not market to your recipients at all.
Inquiry submissions are kept while the conversation is live and for as long after as our accounting and legal obligations require.
Asking us to delete it
Write to info@greenstatesupply.comand we will remove your inquiry details, except where we are required to keep a record.
