Program floor

A program runs from 10 recipients. There is no minimum order value: the floor is a roster size rather than a price, because it reflects the fixed cost of receiving, consolidating, and dispatching a program. The smallest program is 10 gifts at the tier you choose.

Tiers

Three tiers are published, priced per gift:

• Classicabout $75 a gift
• Signatureabout $125–175 a gift
• Executiveabout $200–300+ a gift

Prices exclude shipping, tax, and personalisation add-ons. Shipping is quoted as an allowance per destination once the recipient roster is final. Executive-tier programs are quoted individually at any size.

Payment

A $200 reservation deposit is due when the program is placed, and it holds the program. It is refunded in full if the program does not go ahead — including when we tell you we cannot serve it well — and it is credited against the program once it funds. Payment to 50% is the funding gate: it funds procurement and locks the gift composition. The remaining 50% is due before dispatch.

The two-phase freeze

Composition is frozen when the order is funded — the goods, the packaging, and the tier are fixed at that point.Roster and personalisation are frozen at T-10 business days before the first scheduled ship date.

A recipient row changed or added after that freeze is $10 per row, handled on a best-effort basis until shipping labels are purchased. Once labels are purchased the roster is closed and further changes are declined.

Fulfilment guarantee

We stand behind what we pack and dispatch. Where a program is mis-packed, short, or damaged in our care, we correct it. Delay caused by the carrier is outside our control and outside this guarantee, and we will tell you plainly which is which.

Recipient data

Recipient data is retained only as long as fulfilment, support, accounting, and legal obligations require it, and it is never used for marketing. See the privacy noticefor what this website itself collects, which is business contact details only.
